GAAAR is hosting a FREE MN Realtors Class, class will be via Zoom, attendees will be in-person.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been here for a while, but with the emergence of OpenAI's ChatGPT and Dalle-2, Co-Pilot, etc.; plus other tools that we use (MS Office, Docs, Canva, Adobe, Grammerly, etc.) that incorporates AI into their program features, AI is everywhere now.   In this session we will explore what AE is, how it can be used in your business and everyday life, the legal and ethical implications, and more.  By the end of class, you will be more intelligent about this fast-moving technology to ensure you stay ahead of the curve, improve your happiness and boost your business efficiencies and customer service, all while using AI tools in an ethical and compliant manner.   

This class meets a requirement for the GRI designation.   And has been approved for 3 hrs of real estate CE by the MN Commerce Commissioner.

Craig Grant has an amazing ability to present technology topics in a fun and easy to follow way that REALTORS can not only understand, but go home and apply the knowledge and tools that they need to succeed.   

Craig is a certified GRI instructor  for all technology and marketing courses, a member of the Florida GRI Task Force, and was the 2011 Chairman of the Florida REALTORS Education and Technology Committee.   

There are limited spaces available for this in-person Zoom class, registration is on a first-come basis.   If we get more registrants than space allows you will be placed on a waitlist, when/if space becomes available, you will be notified that you are able to attend.   

If you register for this class, you have until 1/22/26 to cancel your reservation.   If you are registered and cancel after 1/22/26, or do not show up for the class, you will be billed $35.
