This class will explore contract and form related to the Minnesota real estate transactions.  Special emphasis will be placed on the contract issues that come up in a day-to-day business so agents will be better equipped to service buyes and sellers after instruction on what is contractually required, with a particular focus on changes which have occurred sine the 2024 Settlement Agreement of seller anti-trust suits.
